Art Sinfield grew up in a Sports family, so it didn't take long for him to make his mark. His sharpness around the net helped in the success of the Cornwall Celtics, Brockville, and Township of Cornwall teams, which led him to being drafted by the Quebec Caribou Professional Lacrosse team.
Art played Hockey through the CMHA then made his way into the Cornwall Royals Association, eventually being traded to the Brockville Braves. With his Hockey Resume he landed a Hockey Scholarship where he attended St Lawrence College and he continued his scoring ability in winning an All-Ontario Scoring Championship.
Wanting to give back to the sport he jumped into the Coaching World with the Ontario Women's Hockey Association winning numerous
championships and gold medals. His high lite was coaching with Angel James Team Ontario, winning a national u18 Women’s Gold Medal Championship.
