A lifelong resident of St. Andrews, Carl O'Keefe was a community leader in building minor hockey and lacrosse organizations in the area.
For over 15 years, Carl devoted countless hours to organize practices, recruiting players, coaching, providing transportation for players to games and tournaments and serving on league committees.
Carl O'Keefe passed away on July 27, 2007 at the age of 73.
