Trish Brown excelled in golf and university basketball. She was a member of the Queen's University Varsity Women's Basketball team from 1986 to 1990, where she was named Player of the Year in '86/87, served as team captain the following two years, and competed in the Provincial Basketball championships in 1990.
An accomplished golfer, Trish was Club Champion at the Cornwall Golf & Country Club in 1999, 2001 and 2003, and at the Upper Canada Golf Course in 2004. She also claimed Invitational tournament championships at Brockville and Morrisburg, and shared the Cornwall Open Mixed Championship in 2005.
